Plans changed? You can cancel your order with Aqua B Plus under the conditions below.

Cancelling an order

• Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they are dispatched.
• Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return after delivery as per our Return Policy.

How to cancel

Cancel directly from your Orders page, or contact us at [email protected] / +91 99997 57492 with your order number.

Refund on cancellation

For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, the amount is refunded to your original payment method or Aqua B Plus wallet as per our Refund Policy. Cash on Delivery orders have nothing to refund.

Cancellations by Aqua B Plus

We may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, delivery limitations in your area, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, any amount paid is fully refunded.
