Return Policy

We want you to shop with confidence at Aqua B Plus. If something isn't right, most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
• The item is unused, in its original condition, with all tags, packaging and accessories intact.
• Proof of purchase (order number) is available.

Items that cannot be returned

• Perishable goods, personal-care or hygiene items once opened.
• Products damaged due to misuse.
• Items specifically marked non-returnable on the product page.

How to return

1. Go to your Orders page or contact support to raise a return request.
2. Our team will review and approve eligible requests.
3. The item will be picked up or you will be guided on how to send it back.
4. After inspection, a replacement or refund is processed as per our Refund Policy.
